Nairobi / Cape Town / London — October 2025 — Vuga Music Inc., a leading global music publishing company dedicated to empowering African artists and independent record labels, proudly announces its collaboration with Indvstry Clvb on the groundbreaking Indvstry Exchange — a cross-continental creative program connecting Africa’s leading and emerging voices in music, fashion, art, and digital storytelling.
The initiative, themed “Building Beyond Borders,” seeks to bridge creative industries across Africa and the diaspora through curated panels, networking brunches, and cultural experiences hosted in Nairobi, Cape Town, and London.
As a key partner, Vuga Music will curate and lead the music industry panels in both Nairobi (Dec 5) and Cape Town (Dec 12), bringing together thought leaders, artists, and executives to explore topics such as music publishing, global collaboration, ownership, and the future of African sound in international markets.

Steve Othoro, of The Discovery Club, is the Founder of Vision 21 Sports Management & Consulting, where he oversees the Aspire Football Dreams program across 10 African countries. With a strong background in sports and experiential marketing, he previously worked at Ogilvy One Worldwide and Omicron Sports & Entertainment, managing major campaigns and events for brands like Sprite, Barclays, and Tusker. A former U.S. professional basketball player, Steve brings a unique cross-industry perspective to Africa’s growing creative and sports ecosystem.
Each session — from virtual panels to in-person brunches and content days — is designed to foster community, collaboration, and storytelling across the creative spectrum.
