Broadcast Solutions demonstrates world-class technology and systems integration at IBC2026

Broadcast Solutions, a leading systems integrator and provider of innovative solutions for the broadcast and media industry, is showcasing the breadth of its capabilities at IBC2026 (11 – 14 September, Amsterdam RAI), with the largest outdoor exhibit space in the exhibition, as well as two locations inside the exhibition halls. As Broadcast Solutions continues its strategic growth and expands its portfolio through targeted acquisitions, visitors to IBC2026 will be able to experience the full scope of expertise available across the group.

Widely renowned for its systems integration projects, Broadcast Solutions’ outdoor exhibit (O.A03) will feature three very different outside broadcast units, showcasing the range of its innovative designs and construction capabilities. This includes a radical new concept: the mobile edge production, engineered and system-integrated by Broadcast Solutions and based on a concept developed by DMC Production.

The unique architecture of the truck provides all the technology required for a large-scale outside broadcast, running within the Grass Valley AMPP environment, on just a pair of Dell servers, operating as an extension of DMC’s production centres, providing premium-quality broadcast production over readily available connectivity and with a bandwidth requirement of 100 Mb/s.

Alongside it is a traditional but still cutting-edge outside broadcast truck, built for a major German public service broadcaster. This truck supports up to 20 Ultra HD cameras with two production areas, and Dolby Atmos sound, and is designed for simple interconnection to other units for very large-scale events. Key equipment includes Sony cameras and switches, Lawo audio mixing, Riedel real-time media fabric and Riedel intercom.

IBC visitors can also see a state-of-the-art radio OB van built for Estonia’s national public service broadcaster ERR, specifically designed and constructed for demanding live audio productions by TVC Solutions, part of the Broadcast Solutions Group. Based in Lithuania, TVC is the largest systems integrator in the Baltics, having recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, and is renowned for its outstanding audio expertise and long-standing technical experience.

Also exhibited outside is meshTECH, the unique, media-centric mesh wireless system from Broadcast Solutions. meshTECH delivers high-performance, low-latency transmission of video, audio and data in a network architecture which is quick to deploy and fully scalable for any event.

Inside the RAI, the two Broadcast Solutions Group stands feature specific technology platforms. Stand 12.F20 sees an extensive demonstration of camera support hardware from Egripment, part of the Broadcast Solutions Group. Egripment is also celebrating a major milestone, marking its 50th anniversary this year.

Its latest developments in cranes, hotheads and dynamic grips will be shown alongside the AI-powered, sports-focused automatic production software from Studio Automated. This offers remarkably responsive and low-latency automated camera operation, thanks to its self-contained AI approach with no need for cloud support.

BFE Studio and Media Systeme became part of the Broadcast Solutions family in July and retains its identity as a systems integrator. At IBC2026, on stand 8.B60, it will show its expertise in studio and production solutions, media and control room technologies, and custom hardware and software development. BFE retains its management, customer-facing staff and locations in Mainz and Vienna, while benefiting from being part of the growing and stable Broadcast Solutions Group.

“Our strategy at Broadcast Solutions is to evolve our capabilities as the demands of the media creation market change,” said Stefan Breder, co-CEO of Broadcast Solutions. “We do this by continuing development in our skills, knowledge and facilities, and by embracing partnerships with other leaders in the industry. When we acquire businesses, it is not for the sake of growth but to best serve the media world with the right technologies and workflows.

“IBC is the perfect place for us to showcase those skills and capabilities,” he said. “We welcome visitors to see what we can achieve today, from the remarkable reverse remote production trucks we have built for DMC to the latest in AI-enabled camera automation. Most important, we want to start the conversations that lead to the next steps forward in producing compelling content, discussions that often start at IBC and lead to highly successful partnerships.”

Find the Broadcast Solutions Group of companies in the IBC2026 exhibition on stands 8.B60 and 12.F20, and in the outside exhibit area at O.A03. Find out more about the exhibits, and book appointments, here.
