The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is one of the most prestigious events in the marketing industry. It provides a platform for marketers to showcase their innovative campaigns and learn from industry experts. In collaboration with AB InBev, which is short for Anheuser-Busch InBev, one of the world’s largest multinational and brewing companies, the festival has established a scholarship program to support the development of emerging marketing leaders.
Therefore, following the success of its inaugural edition at Cannes Lions 2023, LIONS is thrilled to announce the return of the Jodi Harris scholarship for the 2024 festival, set to take place from June 17th to 21st in Cannes France.
The scholarship offers a unique opportunity for undergraduate students to attend the Cannes Lions festival and gain invaluable knowledge and insights from industry professionals. By immersing themselves in this global event, recipients of the scholarship will have the chance to learn about the latest marketing strategies, cutting-edge technologies, and industry trends.
Established in honor of the late Jodi Harris, former AB InBev vice president of marketing, culture and capabilities, the scholarship commemorates her dedication to fostering creativity and diversity in the marketing fields. Attending the Cannes Lions festival through the Jodi Harris Scholarship can have a profound impact on the career trajectory of emerging marketing leaders. By engaging with industry experts and networking with professionals from around the world, scholarship recipients can gain valuable connections and exposure to new ideas and perspectives.
In collaboration with AB InBev, the scholarship will once again provide fully funded opportunities for 10 emerging marketing leaders. This year’s program invites applications from client-side marketers in manager or senior manager roles, aged between 31 and 36. Applications will remain open until February 16th, 2024.
